Training Log - Week 15 of 28 - Tuesday

What a difference a new pair of shoes make! Will probably buy one other pair after the 21 miler in December.

This morning was a track workout. Blessed with a lite rain!

16x 30sec (5k pace) x 30sec (walk)
2 mile cool down

Shoe mileage = 2 miles
