Training Log - Week 15 of 28 - Saturday

Clear skies. Upper fifties. Ran by the moonlight for the first half of today's run. Felt pretty good afterwards. Could have run further. That's good because I have a half marathon to run in 8 days...


A lite week next week ahead of the race. But I am told that we are going to start hill training the week after. Since we have few hills in this part of Texas, we'll be running up and down parking garages.

Shoe mileage = 23 miles
Total mileage this week = 23 miles
