Training Log - Week 9 of 28 - Saturday

It was 68F this morning at run time with low humidity!



6:30am - 9 miles



Back held up well until after the run. A little sore now but nothing that a day a rest can't cure.

Decent weather for a change, that is great news. 9 miles sounds like from here to forever, I can't even imagine walking it for crying out loud! Good work, honey!
